Audit Trial List

In TrueERP Audit Trail will record the creation, and editing of records in ERP. Almost every single transaction within ERP results in an audit trail record being created, and can be searched through the Audit Trail List.

Due to this it is advisable to perform a regular purge of the Audit Trail so that the file does not get too big, which can slow down processes.

HOW TO ACCESS THE AUDIT TRAIL LIST

Step 1: Select the Utilities module

Step 2: Select the Audit Trail List button

Step 3: Here You will see a list of all audit trail items for the date range,Choose the item you wish to view and select the "Expand For Details" button; A pop-up will display the changes made at the time, and date indicated.
