Support Log List

The Support Log List is a report that allows you to review any support calls with a customer that are unresolved or on "Hold", regarding data/training issues, wish list topics and follow-ups in regards to the software. This report can be filtered, customized, printed or exported as any other report.

 

How to view an existing support log:

Step 1. Select the Appointments module (module bar)
Step 2. Select the Support Log List button
Step 3. Select the Date Range required
Step 4. Double click on the "Contact Name" or the "Contact Number" to open an existing Support Log
