Trial Balance

Trial Balance is a list of a company’s accounts contained in the general ledger, and the balances from a specific period.

Trial Balance Reports are only prepared after all the transactions for the period have been journalised and posted to the general ledger.

How to access the trial balance:

Step 1. Select the accounts module.

Step 2. Select trial balance function button to open the trial balance window.

Step 3. Select date range for trial balance from top right corner of window.

Step 4. Select department from button on top left corner (check "all" to show all departments).

You have the ability to double click on the account in the left hand column under account name to show trial balance for specific account.
