Dashboard

The ERP Dashboard gives you a snapshot of the company's performance for the current financial year. It can be configured to pop up each time you access ERP and can be turned on or off for each employee using Access Levels. By default Dashboard is turned on for everyone. The Dashboard can also be accessed at any time by selecting the Accounts module and then Dashboard function button.

How to set up dashboard:

Step 1. Select Utilities module.
Step 2. Select Preferences.
Step 3. Select Accounts module.
Step 4. Enter the Company Income Tax Percentage. This is the nominal rate for estimating net profit/loss if you are uncertain please check with your accountant.
Step 5. Select Utilities from the left hand side and choose whether you want to see the sales dashboard or the main dashboard.  
Step 6. The dashboard will load automatically on opening ERP. You can disable this from Utilities screen and unticking the “Show dashboard” option. Please note if turned off, it is turned off for everyone. If turned on you can control who sees it under Access Levels. When turned off the reminders list is displayed in its place.
Step 7. Click Save.

How to set up dashboard access levels for each employee:

Step 1. Select Employee module.
Step 2. Select Access Levels.
Step 3. Select an employee from the employee drop down list.
Step 4. Select the employee module.
Step 5. Main Dashboard and Sales Dashboard are the only two access levels are applicable to Dashboard.
Step 6. Select the applicable access level and click Save.

 
How to modify the dashboard:

Step 1. Select Accounts module (left side module bar)
Step 2. Select Dashboard (function button)
Step 3. Right Click on any section.
Step 4. Select “Details”.
Step 5. This will display the detailed report which is summarised by this section of the dashboard.
Step 6. Right Click on any section of the dashboard and select "Sales Ratio". Please note this will swap the Sales Ratio summary with the section you have clicked on. Right click and select the item you want to swap back. Doing this you can rearrange the layout and content of the dashboard.
