Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Account allows you to view all accounts within a company in two formats, Tree Mode or List Mode. Tree Mode shows a parent/child relationship between accounts. List Mode is the expanded view of all accounts and sub accounts. Note: Filters can be applied to list mode.

How to navigate accounts in list mode:

Step 1. Click on Accounts module (module bar left side)

Step 2. Click on Accounts List (function button)

Step 3. Ensure Tree Mode checkbox is unchecked.

Step 4. Apply desired filters/customizations. Note; see Basic Features for tips on filters/searching.

How to navigate accounts in tree mode:

Step 1. Click on Accounts module (module bar left side)

Step 2. Click on Accounts List (function button)

Step 3. Ensure Tree Mode checkbox is checked.

Step 4. To expand an account click the "+" icon to the left of the parent account name. This will display the child subgroup(s).

Step 5. To view all groups and subgroups simultaneously click the Expand All button (bottom left).

Note: Expand All retains all parent child relationships between groups and subgroups
