Balance Sheet

The Balance Sheet displays a statement of assets and liabilities associated with a company at a particular date.  There are two ways to view the balance sheet:

 

How to view the balance sheet from the accounts module:

Step 1. Click on the Accounts module (top left of the Main Menu)

Step 2. Select the Balance Sheet function (right side of the Main Menu)

Step 3. Click on the Select button to choose a specific department or Select All and press OK (upper left side of screen)

 

How to view the balance sheet from reports: 

Step 1. From the Main Menu, click on the Reports button (bottom of the page)

Step 2. From the Report Selector screen, click on the Update Batch button.

Step 3. After the update completes, click on the radio button next to Accounts from the list located on the left.

Step 4. Input the date Date Range located on the bottom right of Report Selector screen.

Step 5. Highlight Balance Sheet and click OK.
