Accounts Reports

Reports are used to conveniently view the operational aspects of a business and there are a set of reports directly linked to accounts. These Reports can be accessed by selecting Reports button.

 

How to generate a report:

Step 1. On the main menu, select the Reports button (bottom of the main menu)

Step 2. Once you see the Report Selector screen, click on the Update Batch button to ensure all data is updated (bottom of the page)

Step 3. After the update completes, choose a module category from the list (left hand side of Report Selector screen) in this case Accounts.

Step 4. Input the date range if required (bottom right of the screen)

Step 5. Highlight the appropriate report from the scrolling list on the Report Selector screen, and then click OK, this will open the report you have selected.
