Accounts List

Accounts List is very similar to the Chart of Accounts. The Accounts List is your Chart of Accounts without the tree mode format.

How to remove tree mode:

Step 1. Select the Accounts List Function.

Step 2. Uncheck the “Tree Mode” box for List mode.

How to find an account:

Step 1. Select Search Column.

Step 2. Enter information into the search.

Step 3. Select Account.

How to customise columns:

Step 1. Select Customise on the card.

Step 2. Check/Uncheck labels preferred.

Step 3. Select preferred font size if you choose.

Step 4. Select Alternate Row Colour if you choose.
