The Account button allows the user to create a record in the General Ledger that is used to collect and store debit and credit amounts for their company.

 

How to create an account:

Step 1. Click on Accounts module (Left column)

Step 2. Click on Account 

Step 3. Select chosen account in Account Type (dropdown option)

Step 4. Select chosen sub account in Sub Account (dropdown option)

Step 5. Fill in Account Name field

Step 6. Fill in Account Number field

Step 7. Click Save
